Ingredients

                                                                                    Mixed vegetables - 1 cup, chopped long and 
slim/shredded (carrot, beans, cabbage, peas, corn, capsicum, etc)

Onions - 1, sliced           

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Soya sauce - 1 tbsp

Chopped green chillies - 1

Salt and pepper - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp


Method

Put oil in a pan to deep fry.

Place some filling on a pancake end to end.

Fold ends and hold, then roll in a tight roll
seal edge with water. (or a paste of cornflour and water)

Keep frying  till your rolls turn golden brown.

Finally Cut spring roll into convenient sized pieces and serve hot with tomato or chilli garlic sauce.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg boneless chicken
3 tbsp soya sauce
a pinch ajinomoto
1 packet noodles
2 tpsp vinegar
2tbsp green chilli sauce
2-3 dry red chillies
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 bowl of mixed shredded vegetables like carrots , spring onions,capsicums and cabbage
 
METHOD
There are 2 options for chicken noodles.
1st boil the chicken and then cut it into long thin stripes or for more taste
marinate the chicken pieces in salt ,black pepper, ajinomoto , egg , soya sauce and maida(flour)for 1 hour .Deep fry and cut the chicken pieces into thin long strips.
For noodles -
heat oil in a deep pan ,add chopped garlic and dry red chillies , add all shredded vegetables , salt , black pepper , green chilli sauce , ajinomoto, soya sauce and saute for 5 mins.Now as per instructions of noodles packet boil the noodles ,strain them when cooked fully and add them to the vegetables.Toss the noodles well so as to prevent sticking.Add green chillies and vinegar .Cook for 10 mins and stir well.Serve hot

Ingredients

2 cups Cashew Nuts (soaked in water for 2 hours)      
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Silver Foil (optional)

Method
Drain and blend the cashews to a fine paste. Use as little water as possible when blending.
Now in a saucepan make syrup with sugar and water and Cook on slow to medium heat.
Cook stirring continuously till a soft lump is formed. Add ghee and cardamom powder and mix well
Remove from heat on to a smooth surface and roll out (thin) quickly with a rolling pin. Cut into squares/diamond shapes.

1/4 cup french beans  (chopped)
1/2 cup peas                                               
1 1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp garlic  paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp coriander leaves  (finely chopped)
3-4 tsp butter
3 glasses of water
1/2 tsp soya sauce
salt  and pepper to taste
for garnishing :
cheese granted


How to make mix vegetable soup:
Melt butter, fry ginger and garlic paste, add tomato puree, carrots, French beans, peas and water.Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add coriander leaves.
Add 1/2 tsp soya sauce to give it  flavour.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with cheese.
                          In order to make soup thick,add 2 tsp of corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup milk
